		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t think that American support of the ICC indictments of Omar al Bashir aren&#039;t aimed at getting Bashir to The Hague for trial, but rather a game-changer in the CPA process. For these people, the ICC indictments continue to emphasize negotiating for good outcomes rather than ICC fundamentalism.

Lately, Bashir has openly traveled to both Libya (current Security Council President) and Egypt, in disregard of the arrest warrants. On the other hand, Israel bombed a convoy in northeastern Sudan it claimed contained arms destined for Hamas in Gaza. One way or another, the pressures of international focus mount.]]></description>
