In memory of Friends

A comrade of CMKP has uploaded and excellent documentary ‘In Memory of Friends’. This documentary covers two major themes: the struggle of Bhagat Singh against British Raj, and the activities of Communists in East-Punjab during the conflict between the Sikh fundamentalists — the Khalistanies — and the Indian State.

The documentary reveals how the Indian Capitalist state and Sikh-fundamentalist movement manipulated the image of Bhagat Singh and attempted to present him as a Sikh or Indian nationalist and diminished his role as a soldier of socialism. At the end of the documentary, there is the song that the comrades of Bhagat Singh wrote and recited on his first death anniversary.

I strongly recommend all the visitors to take some time out and watch this documentary.
